Pre-release software

Axon is currently test software. Features, network availability, stored formats, and compatibility may change. Keep independent backups of information you cannot replace.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your device, recovery passphrase, and identity; for content you request, publish, or distribute; and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights. Do not use Axon to harm systems or people, distribute unlawful material, evade access controls, or interfere with the UnSync Network.

Websites, services, and peers

Axon can access independent public websites, UnSync publishers, relays, and peer-to-peer participants. UnSync Software does not control or endorse third-party content merely because Axon can display or transport it. Third-party terms and privacy practices may apply.

Availability and security

Axon is provided on an as-available basis during testing. No browser or distributed network can guarantee uninterrupted service, complete privacy, or protection from all malicious content. Report support and security issues to dev@unsync.uk.

Intellectual property

Axon and UnSync names, designs, and original software are owned by their respective rights holders. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

Changes

Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date. Continued use after notice of a change will be governed only as permitted by applicable law.
